With the world of shooting going more lead free and environmental presser is it only a matter of time? I don't think so but!! Just Thinking!

Winchester and CCl makes lead free .22LR. I'm sure others will follow.

There is more natural lead in the environment than all the hunters bullets and shooters shot put together from forever
Lead has also been found in volcanic ash

More pressure from the unimformed

It used to be found in gasoline to, but they found a better chemical to replace it with. :)

Unless we stand up and force our government to take action, all civilian owned firearms in Canada are doomed. And yes, that includes the lowly single shot bolt action .22lr.

I didn't know a bought lead free .22rf . did a little goggling found some mixed reviews, most were heavy on the negative. I'm sure it will get better the market is just to big.

Can't see the old tooey tooey going belly up. Everybody learns on one of them. Kind of a right of passage. Off topic, but would hate to know how much lead is on the bottom of the Vedder River ... I've thrown a few pounds in there myself over the years ...
