Six hours will get you into the Okanagan or north of Kamloops into that Hwy 24 area.......lots of lakes, just about every size you can imagine, full lodge facilities or no services, your choice. As for size of fish.......depends of the fisherman!;)

Check out Moondance Bay Resort on Bridge Lk. Took my family there a few summers in a row up until around 2005. Clean two bedroom cabins, RV hook-ups with a laundry/washroom building.

I brought my 17' runabout for watersports and fishing. You need to study the charts on this lake as lots of structure is good for fishing but challenging for tubing :-|

We wouldnt be tubing the big motor on the bayliner is toast so we just troll. I think Bridge lake is a good choice.

I Have also looked at Knouff Lake.

Our family spent many a summer at Cottonwood bay resort on Bridge Lk. also Bonaparte Lk at Bonaparte Lk. resort ,Bonaparte is a much bigger lake that can better handle the bayliner. the fishing is good , but much more rustic

Roche lake resort is a great choice for the fishing and comforts of home. Cabins, camping, restaurant and pool for the kids. Not a watersports lake but Stump or Nicola lake are a short drive if you want to trailer the big boat and go tubing. Close to the city as well and lots o big fish if it's on.

Oh, no tubing, i missed that.

I was going to recommend knouff lake. haven't been up there in probably 10 years and I dunno what the fishing is like but I love it up there. knouff lake resort check it out. I think it might even be for sale....

The Bonanza on Horse lake is very nice, clean, and well cared for. Meets all your criterion, with a ramp, docks, boat and canoe rentals, and tons of other lakes close by.

their prices are quite good.
a boat and motor for $65 - $85 a day.

I remember stopping in at Corbett one afternoon with a friend who really wanted to try fishing there.
$100 for a dang rowboat.
and there was only less than the afternoon left, still $100.

Johnson Lake looks nice but they dont have power to the entire place. And the RV would need that.

scratch that one then I guess.
I'm not sure about echo.
bonanza looks nice and certainly has everything.
everything for me though is too much.
it looks hectic, not relaxing at all, with atv's, horseback, and masses of people and kids.
all depends on the setting you are seeking I guess.
night and day with bonanza and a place like echo.
echo is very laid-back and relaxing and tucked into a nice little valley.
there's others that are close by there as well.
sugar lake and mabel lake are larger, but you'll lose that country feel.
I know lots of people who go to those larger ones and just party-up a shitstorm.
