Who made this knife?

Here is a knife I purchased via silent auction at the BC Wildlife Federation Banquet in Prince George about ten yrs ago.It was donated by a local craftsman.Very well built and hard hard steel blade and skookum sheath as well.I've lost the lil info tag that came with it and just thought someone here might know who or even perhaps the craftsman himself is on here.here is few pics but i can take more if wanted.

Thx Rich_D I'm still learning that.
Blacktail there are no identifiable marks on the knife at all- no stamps on blade or handle.I only know it was a local central bc knife builder that is or was a long standing bcwf member and donated the knife for auction for the cause.Its very well built,rugged and tough -also the steel is very hard and did take some time to put the razor edge onto it but can now skin plenty without needing to be touched.
