Winter camping coyote hunt

Hi all me and a couple over worked underpaid full time husband and fathers have got a weekend pass to get out in to the wilds to live as nature intended in a homered wall tent doing some hunting and fishing. We are heading out from Chilliwack and are thinking about heading out pemberton way. None of us have been out that way so we are looking forward to see some new country. Does any one have any sudjestions on a secluded lake we could do some camping ice fishing and a bit of coyote hunting in the pemberton area. I have a 4x4 with four sets of chains and a come along.
