This is quite affordable, so act fast.

Of course, having found it for the buyer, they will have to invite me for a visit in lieu of a finder's fee.

5 Acres, in the middle of nowhere. Not much of a preserve, but could hunt on the neighbors place.

I took a look at it. The gravity feed well would probably freeze in the winter leaving one with "run and get it water". So to me this place seems more a 3 season home or luxurious hunting cabin.:|

I recently bought a place in Burns Lake which is rented until I retire, sometime between now and four years from now, for $84,500. The place is in town with snow removal to my driveway, city water, sewer and garbage collection. Now I do have a dream of shooting a moose from my bed, won't happen in burns Lake, but maybe at the place there in Germanson's Landing...
