Chemainus Estuary

Does anyone know if the chemainus estuary is open for hunting? I've done lots of searching around but no clear answers jumped out at me. Most past discussions are from 2009 when ducks unlimited bought land down there

Boat in and hunt it?
is there access to walk in?
specific areas you can/can't hunt?
