Learning how to properly read the regs is a key part of your CORE class and test......

Gotta admit - I felt like posting the same response! :-D

Here's a link for you, matt666: http://www.env.gov.bc.ca/fw/wildlife/hunting/regulations/

Google is your friend.. The Huntbuddy app is awesome. Well worth the minute fee to purchase it..

So they just ended. So do they start up as the same dates as last year ?

Seasons are usually consistent from year to year - although occasionally dates change. Google will help you find out about proposed regulations changes too..

Have you taken your hunting core yet Matt666? If so maybe it's time to sit down with an experienced hunter and go over some areas you're not clear on. Regs are online read away

Take it easy guys, some of you guys love to jump on people right away. Matt666, don't stress the responses by the less intelligent people telling you to retake the CORE course.

I thought it was a legit question as the next years season has not been released in the 2014-2016 synopsis...

Duck opening dates change a little from year to year.

Don't buy it till the new regs come out. You are probably buying a useless app. Looks like we might all have to repurchase it. You can get the regs for free on your phone as an app anyways.

Honest question, easy answer. The season starts on the Saturday of thanksgiving, unless for some reason the powers to be decide to change it. That's for regions 2-2 to 2-19. If you have done your training and are ready to go you've got a month of spring goose season coming up real soon, don't have to wait till fall for some waterfowling.

I asked this question and was told updates are included. Will not have to purchase again for new regs.

I'm hoping to keep the free upgrades coming. Personally I hate being nagged for more money after I've already paid for something. But the decision isn't final yet. The whole industry seems to be moving to a "freemium" or subscription model these days.

There it is from the horses mouth...

The update to the 2014-2016 regs will be free. I might add more optional features by in-app purchase (like I did with the LEH zones) in case people want to support ongoing development, but the main regs update will be included.

That's awesome to hear. I'll keep recommending this app to everyone.
