fishing reg help

ok i should know this but i dont:cry: and i dont have a reg book.
If a lake is not in the reg book what are the reg for it then? i.e boat size, max hp, bait

They are available online: www.env.gov.bc.ca/fw/fish/regulations/

It should list standard regulations at the front of the book and at the beginning of each region for lakes not listed.
