New Guy checkin in!

Well after sneaking around for while, I figured I wanted in. There is too much I like about hunting to not be a part of this website. I must admit, I was a little bit hesitant at first, I have learned we need to be very careful about what we choose to reveal, or to the gallows we go!

Anyway, I'm based out of Kelowna, I am 40 years young, and I am in the medical field, married and have two incredible little up and coming hunters. I live to hunt, and if I am not careful how far I push it, my wife may kill me because I hunt, or at least because I talk about it too much. I am new member at the Oceola Fish and Game Club and I have been a member at the Kelowna club for a few years as well. I grew up in a small East Kootenay town, and I just didn't care for the big range so much, I just liked the smaller more rugged Oceola range.

Here is the joke an old guy at work told me a few days ago, if you don't like it....PM me and I'll forward all complaints to him!

An old guy was going to court for Rape, sitting in shackles at the defense bench when the judge walked in and sat down, The judge looked up at the prisoner and back down at the papers in front of him, then back to the court room and said "based on the looks of this guys age, I think we should change the charge to assault with a dead weapon"

That sounds like a good idea nature girl. however sometimes a man needs his space and alone time in the wild. I once started teaching a girlfriend the ins and out of hunting and fishing, and soon she started trying to tell me how i should and should not do things out there? She is long gone now!! I do take my wife to the gun range, and she has her own 708 rem.
