A Tom for Will

this is the second year Will has been running his dog last year we had heavy snow early which made things tough getting around... the females all had kits that were mobile Toms were few and far between....we had a few good runs and few trash races and treed a few as well but no good shooter Toms.
here he is first day with his pup

This season started out with promise we had snow early and I had a Tom pegged pretty good.....but first run on a give me with fired up pups and an excited kid......trash race...lead by wills pup.lol
then we got beat in the rocks
then a bobcat schooled us in bad snow sore dogs
but eventually things come together we treed this young Tom

Christmas happened tired kids I have a house full of teenagers they sleep and sleep anyway kid was typical hard to get out of bed not so motivated we headed up hill around lunch time mostly to keep tabs on a lynx been working down low this year when we cut Tom track fresh.,,,
