Sideways Rain.. all morning

Dad and I had a pretty good shoot today.. it was tough though as the winds were in the wrong direction, making it hard for ducks to decoy, and dragging my decoys all over the place. It would even stop the wings on the mojo! And the rain in the face sure made for some interesting shooting. All in all we had a good shoot. Patience was taken to get most birds within 20 yards (steel shot seemed to be useless past 25 yards with the crazy wind!). Total of 12 ducks and 2 geese by mid morning, then called it a day as we were soaked.

If you aren't soaked after the game then you didn't work hard enough..good work guys..wish I had a taste for fowl but I don't so I never go birding, like the pics though!

NO chance I was hunting in that shit yesterday! looks like it paid off though!
