Watched it this morning, at least he admitted to shooting it with a rifle first. Did your rifle jam? or was he just to excited & couldn't figure it out..

great job.
my favourite is still you getting Shockey that huge moose at almost 0 yards.
I can watch that over and over.

how's your new pup?
if he/she turns out half as great as Benny, it'll be an awesome hunting dog.

Great Video, thanks for sharing!!!

Why is it that most people over estimate how big moose are?? I can remember clients saying that when they shot a 50" moose, they would say to the camera that the shot a 1500 lbs, 55" moose. The guy in the video says 1800 lbs log legged moose......1800 lbs is a huge chunk of meat!!!! Hell a 1000 lbs is big!!!

Some beauty country to hunt and float!!!

Cheers

I was always curious if the camera guys help pack anything out or do they just sit back and film everything?

Tia is great until the gun goes off and then she gets so excited I can't control her until she gets to the dead animal. Have to tie her up @ 10 yds back before the shooting starts.

Interesting about the camera guy. He showed up with no clue of what he was getting into, it was more extreme than he ever could have imagined and he was ill prepared gear wise. Still he had a smile on his face and toughed it out, as well as helping out when needed. So camera guy was a good guy but still makes for a lot more work.
