Thats a BRAND new optic, It might take some time until you have some first hand unbiased input. Assuming the price point is in Vortex Viper PST range this could be interesting.

NXS and Razor HD come from the same factory in Japan, Everything on this looks identical to the Viper PST/HS except the parallex turret, my bet would be Viper Series and SHV are brothers as well.
