Foxpro Wildfire II?

Looking at getting an E-caller. Anyone using the Wildfire 2?

If so, thoughts and/or comments on this unit?

$199.99 + $5 shipping until tonight (ship is regular $25) has got me thinking of grabbing one.

not a lot of volume with the single speaker, but that's only a concern on windy days

I have one, It works pretty good. Not the loudest of the bunch but external speakers can be added. I can get around a 200 yard range with the remote for mine depending on the terrain.

I think it is a good little unit for the price. It's light enough that I regularly throw mine into my pack even when big game hunting in the fall just in case I come across some predator sign and want to try calling.

My biggest con about it is the power switch is an on/off the slider that always gets bumped to on in my back pack resulting in dead batteries every time I want to use it.

I have a Cass Creek powered speaker I could add to it for extra oomph if needed.

Well I pulled the trigger on this one. $255.50 shipped for the call unit + the foxjack2 decoy.

Not sure which promo code gave me the $20 off as I had tried several that kept reporting as "invalid" but I was happy when it showed up after submitting order. LOL
