A quote from speypages website from the person who took the pic. Not everyone's an attention junkie.

"It was a bit of a splashy event all things taken together. We did have a boat. No official measurements were taken, we have estimates that put the weight in the range that folks with experience have suggested but no claims regarding the weight were made. The rod was a 15' 10/11 wt, and from the arbor knot all the way to the tippet, the setup was waiting for a fish like this. She was using the green fly: http://cl.ly/image/0k0r2s1Q1515 . The photo was shared with a couple friends and family. I guess in the digital age, that's all it takes. Pretty hard to keep a fish like that under wraps."

A fish that large deserves to live to see another day. What a monster.
