Duck Hunting Comox/Courtenay/Black Creek - Vancouver Island

I am new to the Comox/Courtenay/Black Creek area and I am looking for a place to hunt this week during the holidays. I am hoping to harvest some wigeons or mallards for the dinner table. What estuaries are available? It seems like most of the estuaries are built up and likely not legal or not tolerant to duck hunting. Are there any farmers that need birds off their fields since this snow is late this year?

I am used to the prairies, and some experience in Cowichan Bay.
