While out for a hike a few weeks ago, I ran across a small herd of sheep. I could see there was one pretty good ram in the group, so I decided to shoot a little video. With the snow blowing into the camera lens, I had no idea what I'd recorded until I got home. This animal is clearly an old warrior. I've never seen horns this worn down, yet his left side still extends WELL past his nose. Very cool.. too cool not to share IMO. :-D

Worked just fine! Good sized chunk missing from that guy's horn as well. Nice ram, T-bone. Thanks for posting.

Both of you videoed a couple of nice rams.
I wonder how the ram had that chunk out of the back of his right horn ? From a bullet perhaps ?

think he is legal? (T-Bones) He looks just short of full curl...too much brooming. I saw a whole bunch of them today along kamloops lake. A couple dandy's but not sure if any made full curl

He's "iffy" I got a little excited, the angle is deceiving.. Regardless he will be next year if he doesn't harm that one side..

I think it's pretty common when they are smashing horns during the rut.
