Hit the fields today and shot ducks, a mixed bag of mallards pintail and teal.. I want to cook up the pintail and teal, and save the rest for later.. Our usual go-to quick recipe is wrap up slices of breast I'm bacon and chuck in the oven..

What other snack-fast recipes do you guys like? I might try cutting slots in each breast, stuffing with cheese, then bread and season them, then fry them up.

Take breasts, cut slot in breast, add cream cheese and hot peppers in slot. Then take breasts and add your favorite rub then wrap with bacon and bake in the oven. When done add a drizzle of maple syrup.

I do one similar but I prefry (about half done) the bacon so I don't overcook the duck in the oven trying to get the bacon cooked...

I tried nano's suggestion and damn it was good! Younger siblings loved it.

The borito idea sounds good too, might try that next time!

Ive been running them through my meat grinder and using the burger for everything from pasta sauce to Mexican food. Hands down for me, the best way to use up the ducks and snows. Canadas ,grill them up med rare with western steak spice !!

Butterfly each breast, coat in Cajun fish coating and deep fry schnitzel style for crispy sandwiches or top with sauce for a main entre' at dinner
