Been thinking about posting up some pics for a while and after so many members not doing it anymore I figured it was time!

Not the fastest typest so will be short on story. Headed back to the NWT for sept. moose and caribou and lucked out with a couple of great guys from the states and managed to get them some great represenative animals

this was the first moose of my trip, 65"

and managed to get this guy about ten seconds after the pic:)

Next we were moved to a caribou spot and got this guy

Second hunt was lots of fun too, 61" bull to start

With lots of bears in the area we got the meat to a spot for the chopper but I wanted the antler and cape in camp to work on, being low on smarts and heavy on stubbern here's the cape and antler all loaded up, luckly it was mostly down hill the 2 miles back to camp!

got snowed in for a couple days but with the kifaru tent and stove it was nice and comfy

Tent is Awesome. was a little worried in the spot with the snow as we set up on loose gravel so pins were a little loose, but it weathered some bad winds in that spot with no problems.

Have a smaller version for sheep and its been great as well

Dumb question maybe? But is the skull split for transportation purposes?

Hey T-Bone, yes split the scull for transport, will not fit in the chopper otherwise. If it's a book bull and the client insists we will line it out under the chopper.

Kenny, here you go:) was a nice bull but the best part was I parked the boat just around the corner, was a sweet pack out

Ha ha, ya it is pretty sweet, does feel a little like cheating sometimes but who am I to tell the pilot where to put us:) Thank god for the 12 hour rule or some of the clients would have it far to easy
