Not seeing much up top anymore, finding lots of tracks in the timber. Just wondering if anyone has had any success, or info, and tips on hunting goats in the timber? All info is greatly appreciated

Look for bluffs in the timber where food is close and they have the safety of steep cliffs they will also come out to sun them selfs. I found lots near canyons always good cliffs timber and food for them

Yep, KK is right. Go slow and into the wind and you will be good.

Timber hunting is one of the best ways to hunt late season goats. Just be mindful of where you pull the trigger! Sometimes the timber leads to some NASTY cliff sections.
