Whitetails in region 5

Got my first mule deer buck yesterday! Does anyone know where I can find a good number of whitetails in region 5

I can only speak for the Quesnel area and theres a few area that hold some whities. tibbles lake area, Udy creek near nazko, cottonwood, margeruite, K rd just west of Quesnel. and the backwater, I was very surprised when I a saw one out there but it makes sense with the ranches in the area. that buck I saw was a really nice 5x5 and he's now in the freezer.

my cousin got a whitetail buck in 5-01 this year round deka lake

I spend lots of time in 5-01 and have seen a few whities around deka but dont get your hopes up too high as they are few and far between. For the most part its mulie country around there. I dont put any effort into finding them though and would love to be proven wrong. Good luck.
