Blacktail line?

Trying to figure out the scoring line for Blacktail vs Mule deer, I have read the definition on the B&C site and understand the argument of actual blacktail or mule deer and how an arbitrary line is insane. Had a buddy shoot a decent buck around the silver creek rd on the way to Ross lake and just wondered what the scorers consider this.

Mule deer. The boundary is the height of land between Skagit and Chilliwack drainages.

If me I would take it to an official scorer within your area and watch him as he scores the antlers then you will have a good idea..
