Game cutting and sausage making Armstrong

Hey does anyone know who does game cutting and sausage making in the Armstrong Enderby Vernon area. Went to one place and guy said $500 for a doe.. Ummmm no I said. I've tried a few times to get the cutters list from steelco but hasn't gotten back to me. Please help need to get this into the butcher
