Custom Boning Knife

Looking for a Custom made Boning Knife, got any suggestions of makers ? Let's see what you guys are using for a Custom made knife for deboning animals. Looked at a lot Canadian makers websites an have yet to find one that makes anything resembling or close to looking like a good deboning knife.

Howe Mountain Knives, or Gene Ingram.

Both make a pretty nice boning knife. Dales stuff is significantly lower priced, and would be a couple/three month wait. Gene's stuff is pushing 3 years now.

I swear by my custom made knives, will probably have a couple before this is all is said an done. :twisted:
1st one to be added will be a Blacktail Boning Knife.:-D
2nd one to be added will be a Cosmo Boning knife :redface::redface:
