Chetwynd LEH Elk

Has anyone heard of an area where you can stay in a line shack for x amount of dollars in order to fill your LEH Elk tag..ie Chetwynd or area.

What is a line shack?

If you just mean a basic cabin...

A line shack is a place that ranchers spend a night while checking fences or cattle etc..

That is correct,, you would pay the rancher to stay there ,,x amount per. night until you fill your LEH for Elk.

They do have line shacks on crown land as well when they are quite aways from the main ranch. Home away from home.

You can rent cabins, and you can give permission to hunt on your land, not illegal. It IS illegal to guide a hunt without a license.
