5x5 mule deer? Naaa

I went out to one of my mule deer spots, there was a fresh skiff of snow so I could see if there was deer newly in the area, notice some good sign so I climbed to a ridge and glassed for a bit, then I notice a group of does and thought for sure this was the night, kept glassing around until I noticed a buck, I was a bit of a distance away it didnt look too big but was a 4x4 so I figured he was the deer, took 4 longish shots (300ish) and he sat down as all the does walked away, then I noticed he stopped moving, so I walked back to the quad drove down to where he was and was pleasantly surprised, pictures to follow
