CORE question

Hi there,

A buddy has been in BC for a while now and want's to start hunting. He does not have the BC core course but has the equivalent from Saskatchewan. Does he need to challenge the CORE or will BC recognize the Sask document?

BC should recognize his previous hunter ed, at least they used to.

My buddy had the core equivelant from Alberta. He was able to get a resident hunter number in BC two years ago.

AS long as he has the documents from sask. saying he passed a hunters ed.course,a hunting licence from another province will not get him a hunters number here in B.C.
