I gave the POS game cart another try and it worked ok. Until it blew apart again. Not impressed but it cost me $175 so I'm going to use it despite the wheels and sides blowing off. Flat grass land yes- 25 degree beetle kill covered slopes no

I've always thought those game carts would be a PITA for using in much if BC , except roads and farmland areas. Probably much less effort to do gutless and backpack than fight with a cart. :)

Good work on the WT though ;)

I use a cabelas Magnum gamecart and it is very useful for deactivated areas.Have hauled big deer whole through the slash no problem.Be sure to get the spoke protectors .

Congrats LMW! One more to go!

Thanks HA. Hope you see a WT soon. It should get easier as the leaves are coming off hard now. Makes it a little easier to see them out there. Im looking for a big buck now!

It sure feels like winter is on its way in my backyard this morning.

Congrats. You're right that should be good eating. I've not had a white-tailed in a few years now but I sure would like to.
My buddy that I was hunting with when we crossed paths also hunts with an old lever-action 30-30 that used to belong to his dad. We're still trying to get him his first though.

Best way to tell a hybrid is the metatarsal glands.

They're the ones on the outside of the back legs. Mule deer have long yellow/brown hair ones about 4-6" long, wt have little white ones, and hybrids have the in-between 2-4" with white hair around them.
