Goats in Revelstoke/Golden

Howdy, just looking for a little direction in where one might go to look for goats in revelstoke/golden area. Iv looked at a lot of Country on google earth, Looks like the area around Parson (south of golden) looks like nice country, and have looked at kinibasket lake. But any direction from anyone who has been there would be great, Thanks

not sure but i thought the area south of golden was LEH only.Send me a pm and i can help you out.

Yeah double check your info cuz I have a goat LEH in 4-35 and that is all around golden especially to the east from the hwy.

4-39 (west side of lake revelstoke) and 4-40 (across kinbasket from mica or west from Donald) are GOS for goats. If you have access to a boat, these areas are promising. We saw several while hunting grizzly up the Wood arm (Kinbasket) a couple years ago. It's definitely an area I've considered returning to. Big issue with these lakes is they can blow up in a hurry. Lots of dead trees in them as well.

I'm sure others can chime in with other access points and useful information.
