I am taking a new hunter out this weekend and want to go up cherryville and lumby areas. Does any one have any tips for this area, we are looking to put some miles on the boots! I appreciate any advice. Thanks?

Welcome to HBC! There are tons of good areas around there. Try Harris Cr, Heckman Creek Rd, Creighton Valley Rd, out towards Sugar Lake. So many places to walk around. I pretty sure there was a post recently about this area. Lets hear a joke!

Thank you for the tip, I appreciate it alot. I will look at the ole backroads map and plan a route.
Here's my joke for ya,
What's the difference between beer nuts and deer nuts?
Beer Nuts are around a dollar seventy-nine, and deer nuts are just under a buck!

If ya go Cherryville their all hunter hater hippies and it's all private land where the deer hang so bring a 26 oz around with ya, ya might get lucky and find a farmer who will take the bribe and let ya blast one good luck..
