Last time I was in there was a few years ago...a slide only a couple Kms in made the quad ride a bit treacherous...so unless someone offers up more current info I'd take a quad but be prepared to walk most of the way if need be - which I've done as well sadly.

Access is good if you're going in on foot....gets hunted pretty hard though!

You guys should apply for goat on Roche De Boulle mountain, right on the edge of Hazelton.Drive partway and hike in the old Red Rose mine.Even a good cabin there. Not many hunters up there. You can get to the backside through Morricetown too. It`s a bitch in some places, rotten quartze/granite that crumbles when you put a foot on it.

IMHO due to access it has been hit hard over the last 10 years including the outfitter. North boundary of the zone is your best bet during November but a tough hunt unless you find a low one. Still worth a solid effort as a 3 or 4 year old can break 10".

If I end up being free and bored this weekend, I'll go scout some acess for you... Unless it snows, then I'm going for my goat
