How do you open a gpx file??

You need to open it with your computer by importing it into the Garmin software that can be downloaded from their website: Mapsource (PC) or Basecamp (Mac). Once the file has been imported you can upload it to your GPS using the USB cable that cam with it.

The management units appear as tracks on your GPS.

You can find the software here: http://www8.garmin.com/support/mappingsw.jsp
