270 wsm Bullets for deer

What are some good 270 wsm bullets for deer and mabe an immy.Going the Okanogan for two weeks at the end of Oct -begin of nov .I will using my son Tikka 270 wsm mag he shoots Barnes Vor-Tx 140 gr tsx Bt.He informs me that we need another box of shells and says that they are 72 dollars with tads I almost shit my pants and said at that price you should be shooting a weatherby. I just sold my browning 270 to my brothers son I could get good shells for a lot cheaper.ma have to get another .

Check out Federal fusion, seems there a little more reasonable in price, and have a good track record for accuracy.
Used them in my daughters 7mm-08 and they shoot very well.

I'd stick to what your son is shooting, the rifle is already sighted in for that ammo( not that it's hard to adjust the scope). $72 is pretty expensive, but it's not like your buying 10boxes. 140gr tsx's will work for elk/moose. I use 140gr Sierra gamekings ( handloads ).
