Elk in Princeton area

Me and my dad will be going up in that area for the weekend just woundering where would be a good place to start I've heard it can get real busy up their any info would help thank you guys

I was up this weekend in an area i know holds elk and didn't hear a peep, this late in the elk season they are extremely skiddish and call shy, they can really be found almost anywhere in the area but a bit of ahead of time knowledge of the area sure does help.

Took me 7 days to find a pocket of them last year,went back this year nothing, they logged all there escape routes. It's a tough hunt but you could get lucky.
