Playing with a Couple of Young Bull Moose this AM

There were two young bull moose in a barley stubble field at about 800 yards. I cow called (poorly) and they cam right over to my vehicle — within about 50 yards. I took some stills and a bit of video.

The season opens again on Wednesday, but these two should be safe at least until next August.

May be lousy but apparently very effective. Perfect field tested example to show don't over think moose calling. Curiosity killed the cat and sometimes the moose.
