grandsons whitetail buck

I have no clue how to post a pic, on this new computer windows 10.
connor is 14 and shoots a lot so he is a real good shot. we went out scouting for elk on sun. so were pretty wet after sleeping under a tarp for 2 nights.
opening morning its wet , windy, and foggy we had seen one buck at about 6.30 . but no shot then the fog really moved in / so we moved down the hill a bit . checked out a cut block and their are 2 white tail moveing fairly fast. then a third stands up on the far edge . I tell connor close to 300 yards . the 7mm08 did its job took out both lungs the deer went straight down . it was 9.15 when I got too it .
americans would call it an 8 pointer .

Excellent, congrats to young Connor.
Good on the two of you to hang in there in the conditions.
Two days of wet and cold are put aside when a buck is down.
Way to go gramps! Great that you could do it together.

I will try tonight . the kid has them on his phone I am just getting ready to head to the salt mine
