your chance to give input to 2020-2022 hunting reg changes

In case you were not already aware

There are a pile of proposed changes to the next version of the hunting regs.
Some apply province wide and others are specific to individual MU's
Here is a link to the govt website where you can give your input to these proposed changes.

Some new, must have super technology.
Not really sure myself but I think it may be the offspring of the Smart-bomb.

I was wrong- It is Star wars technology.
Here is the description from the proposed reg change.

    Current Regulations:
There are currently no regulations that prohibit Precision Guided Firearms for the purpose of hunting.

    Proposed Regulations:
Prohibit the use of Precision Guided Firearms, which act as a range finder and condition sensor (i.e. wind speed/direction, humidity, temperature, distance, target movement, etc.), automatically adjusting the reticle such that a hunter simply needs to depress the trigger, lock on to the target, and the firearms discharges automatically.

    Great information thanks!

Quick question..How do you “let them know your thoughts” I clicked on link and started reading proposed changes but am unsure how to actually send my input on specific proposed changes

Top left of the screen when looking at the proposals: Login Button. Click

Sign in with your BC Hunter Credentials (pretty well everyone has these by now)

Then you will given the opportunity to vote whatever way you feel towards the proposal.

Following that you will be offered a comment section.
