Mine is an 80% Wolf with some Malamute. He's super independent, and has the spirit of a cat more than a dog. Used to take him hunting until he tore out the back of my truck cap to chase a 4 point Mulie down the mountain b4 I could get there, so now he stays home during hunting season.

Yup....we love Buntzen especially. I've been hiking it lately with heavier packs, trying to get in Sheep Shape, and he's always like "Awww..man... I'm not 3 anymore!" Gotta try the new Meindls tomorrow. See if I can get over a 35 lb pack. Working my way up to 50 lbs.
He's almost 11 now, but still going strong.
And I'm biased, but I think he's the best looking canine I've ever seen or owned.
He really is incredible looking, and scares the crap outta the Celestials. (J/K)
If you're in the area, we should meet up with some local HBC'ers, if you're all into that. Have a pint?

i recognize those spots aswell seems a few of us must live pretty close to each other.Awesome looking dog, love the two different colored eyes in the close up.
