LEH really late

Fairly confused as a new hunter over here.

Have you guys already applied and are waiting to see if you get your draw, or is the ability to apply for LEH draws coming up this month?

I'm trying to drag a friend of mine who is a generational hunter away from her life on the coast to take me out moose or elk hunting, I was under the impression I had already missed the deadline for application though.

Hasn't opened yet. Keep your eyes out, is only open for a few weeks once announced.

I did at one time have all the paper copies except the first year, loaned them out to a friend who had the nerve to die on me.
