Hi everybody,
My first post here! We made Taiwanese style noodle soup, but substituted venison shank for beef shank. It turned out great! The venison's flavor paired really well with the spices that went in. A bit of heat, but still a "family friendly" spice level.
We have plans to do a few more wild game, fish and locally foraged foods recipes, I'll post our results here.
