There around but are few and far between.
They are there, but as was said, not overly abundant. How late are you going? Peak of the rut? They respond a lot more to calls and such than any mulie so they can be lured in. For the price of a tag, I would by one.

Punched a whitey tag there last week. Only seen the one group, but still seen em. Good luck
More than likely you will see them around Barriere and the North Thompson River valley bottom in the agricultural areas, not too many higher up.

They begin moving south and east out of there at that time.
