    Looses quality if you freeze it after, much better fresh. It gets that stale smokey taste.

    Ditto did up some goose breasts once put some in the freezer for latter took them out for a get together and they tasted like an old piece of campfire wood......The dogs on the otherhand loved it.

    I froze some of the goose breast I smoked and in the process of freezing and thawing you lose some of the flavor. I'm assuming it's all in the juice in the bag after it thaws.

    You are better off freezing the breast, then thawing them when you want some and then smoking it.
