Snow geese paint

I just scored 8 snow floaters off CL for $25!!! Anyway some need a little refresh so paint wise can I simply use a flat white plastic paint with black wing tips?

I really want to keep this cheap and not go the whole UV route, am I wasting my time?

I've always used a Satin or Eggshell white latex, they clean up way easier at the end of the year and the little bit of sheen is minimal. Just be sure that if they were painted previously that it wasn't oil base or yer gonna have to prime them first. K
