Geese in Vanderhoof

Any geese moving around in Vanderhoof yet?

Hope so, I'm heading up there on Sunday for a week long hunt

Just got back. My son and I got our duck limits mostly Widgeon a few teal and a couple mallards. Each morning we would be out under 2 hours before we got the limit. Lots of geese around, we could not find the fields they were in. Found one but the land owner was not hunter friendly. WHat I was told by the resort owner where I stayed is there is not many hunter freindly farmers in the area anymore, and those that are are tied up with the local guide.
But to answer your question, yest there are thousands of geese there. If you have a hunter freindly field you know of, the hunt should be good.
