Thought I would share this perspective.....
Just over the shoulder videos of an average day with my WT program pulling cams and hiking around.
Sure most realize I am trying to help others dial habitat and techniques by sharing my experiences in the field.
Remember, every area a guy hunts is different and has it's nuances.
Here is my afternoon yesterday. Next to no words spoken, just content.

Got a buddy in for doe camp so I am reviewing intel in the field to make sure he is in the "best" opportunity to close.
A flush of wolves has taken my better spots from very active to ZERO activity.

Got my buddy set up for a sit based on real time cam intel.
I went and pulled more cams in the area where wolves showed up to see what was going on
Crickets.
Heard a gun shot and giggled.
Came back to this.....

Appears the beginning of the dance is about to start.
First buck in more than three weeks just showed up at the single cam I just pulled.
Just a dink but experience has proven there is a wave of more bucks a' comin.
Still a few weeks away from the hammers showing in this area.

They are starting to get in the grove around here.......
Cold snowy weather for a couple days, the cold and clear for the weekend....plus the full moon. The "talking Heads" say the next week, Nov 4-12, is supposed to be prime time.....
Lots of scrapes and rubs showing up and lots of does around, should be a good month!!
What I have noticed this year is that the bucks have been hanging together a lot longer than normal, up to 4 days ago they were still tolerable of each other. The does are not liking the young bucks hanging around and are even pushing them around and due to the amount of fawns around seem bitchy!!
Will add more as the month progresses!!
