You can see the gutpile behind this young buck 4 feet away

Watch the back left corner on the this video.
Initially thought it was a coyote.
Awfully small for a coyote......fox perhaps

    Observation-
Deer showed little concern about the gutpile and carried on for the most part......initially.
Ravens ruled the roost with a coyote and fox being held at bay.

Day 2 after the kill the deer activity slowed right down.

Great Share Ourea, again proving ....... Death in the ungulate population has little affect on them. Just a fact of life.

For us, Last two years on a row, 3 deer harvested within hours of the previous 3 taken before them, gut piles within feet. As Ourea shows, they simply walk through it with no issue.

This is evidence I've seen with my own eyes and am completely shocked by it.

Hey bownut, do you use scents, hide high in trees, set up on game trails .......?

Have a a vandeta against rifle hunters?

Use a spear, or tackle them with a knife in hand made from bone and or stone?

Dont be a hypocrite, hunting is hunting, every province or country has different regs accordingly. As long as it's legal, your accomplishing nothing but cutting your own throat.

I can say will 100% certainty.....you will have had nothing to do with it's success.
    This statement brings 2 words to mind;
    RECONCILIATION & CO-MANAGEMENT.
I wonder who will be part of that?

Reconciliation.......or as some call it, increased control of all resources.
FN needs to be a part of this model but not the defining part.

As a new hunter who enjoys visiting this thread and viewing Ourea's posts and videos, I find it incredibly irritating that people are trying to derail it by turning it into a baiting debate or voicing their opinions on the topic. That's not what this was intended for. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but if you feel so strongly about the topic, why not start a thread of your own? Surely it would gain more attention and traction that way?

Thanks for the recent videos Ourea. I find that insanely interesting. I've often debated with friends and family on the impact of leaving a gut pile in an area you intend to hunt again. Very cool to see it on video!
