Need help catching a thief and a prick

I don't actually expect to find the camera or the person who took it. I'm also not interested in pointing the finger at anyone who passed through the gate 30 miles from the site.

I posted partly as a rant and party to solicit any eyewitness accounts of someone illegally ATVing past the no motorized vehicle zone. I didn't have high hopes for this either but in the unlikely chance someone actually witnessed this we would like to hear about it.
