    6 dozen real geese silos is do-able - 6 dozen full bodies - I don't think so!

Hell how do you cart them around, In big truck or something?

The ffd lessers arent that big, Just a bit bigger then a full body mallard ( thats why they fit in the avery full body duck bag) You can carry 2 dozen on each shoulder (4 dozen total) and strap a ground force or power hunter to your back. However stacking most of it on a fridge cart works better and is alot less work!. I dont have any pics of it on a fridge cart but im sure 303 does.

Ok - that makes sense - I had this vison of you carrying six dozen "big foot's" accros a muddy field in pre dawn darkness.

This is why we ended up with silos. I don't have the storage room. Plus we can easily each walk in 3 dozen, blind, and gun. CF and LP1 and QH suggested them, and they work very well. Maybe not perfect, but very few geese turn away.

As far as the winter wheat cover. Keep this in mind.

Do Canadian geese see colors?Yes, Canadian geese can see color. They rely on color to determine which seeds or grains to eat. They do not see as wide as spectrum as we do, though!

Point is, use natural edge cover when you can. And if they are landing way out in the middle, round the blinds out, try to find green grass to stuff the blinds with if possible. They do make winter wheat covers for the blinds also. I think $80.

I don't know what is the right answer, just keep in mind lessers are smarter than honkers.

Another point to Lornes set up that I try for is the geese aren't coming in look at me right at the base of the pocket, I like being to the side.

I can't find any pics of the fridge cart loaded up. However the cart is just a basic dolly cart with pneumatic tires, that I have added a 3' wide sheet of plywood strapped to it. Then we use cargo straps to snug the lessers in they carry bags crossways on the cart. We can easily fit 2 dozen on the cart with the blinds, the shotguns, and blind bags. We have had 3 dozen and couple blinds and the shotguns on there and it's not difficult to drag through a wheat field.

Probably change it up this year, Matt wants to do a utv ranger with trailer and 12 slots.

1st Im in charge, and if not Matt is. Your job is to sign checks, tell us we're doing good and open your case of scotch after a good day. 2nd my fee. You can keep it, all I want in exchange for my service is the right to hunt all the drakes. A male. Buck only. Why and how are my business. If you don't like it, go alone. Set up right here or in a swamp or in the middle of a noshoot field for all I care. I've been on too many duck hunts with rich dentists to listen to any more suicidal ideas. Ok?
