the pics on h/s is the same cat we caught on sunday
The pic is crappy but it is one of the collared females here locally.
This cat was left to kill and eat deer and let the dogs run another day.

I've been out a few days with bluetick but so far all we've seen are old tracks, sooner or later we'll cut a fresh one. Need some snow instead of all this rain we've been getting the past couple of days.

I'm just curious, what is the best way to hunt cats on the island without hounds?
I would love to take a cat but having owned hounds before I know I don't have the space or time to go that route.
Can they be called in, if so what do you do drive the FSR's until you cut a fresh track then setup?

were did you get your walkers at marc,how they working out for you. my buddy and i did pritty good this year, treed 9 cats got 3 nice toms the only toms we treed sheer a lot of females. lots of tracks but trying to get tim e of to get out that first day of new snow sucked.
