Android compatibility?

I've be mainly surfing with a Galaxy tablet with Android browser the last 10 months or so, but didn't really spend any time here over the summer, and as such, I'm not sure if these are new glitches since last spring, or not.
Sometimes when I type a reply, no text appears in the white edit box. Some of these times the text I've typed will eventually appear on its own, other times it won't appear until I hit the post or preview button, in which case I get a post, or preview. This seems to be worse if I've quoted another post.

Also, I cannot select, copy, or paste text in a post, at all, ever.

Also, at times, the text cursor disappears, it is gone as I'm typing this line.

I don't have any trouble with my PC, but I spend time on a few other forums with the tablet and do not have these issues there.

Is there a simple fix for these issues, or is it just a compatability issue with the forum software? Thanks.

I've been surfing with an Acer Android Tablet for over a year and been on several different forum sites. I have never had any issues. Make sure you update your OS and any software needed for surfing.

I get the same thing with my pc using firefox. I just figured its from looking at to much porn. lol

I thought I was up to date, but then figured out any OS update had not been done. So, OS is now updated, so far the text issue seems to be resolved? Time will tell. Still cannot select, copy, or paste, but am downloading another big update package, so will try that first. Thanks!

Well, updated out the wazoo, but still cannot select text, copy, or paste text in the edit box. Any other Eye Deers fellows?
